About Millbank

Rush Dramatic Society was founded in 1927 and has
an unbroken record of theatrical activity for over 80 years.

In 1988, we opened the Millbank Theatre, a purpose-built theatre
in the town of Rush, and it has been our home for the last 20 years.
During that time, we have produced over 70 plays.

Our current schedule sees us produce 5 full-length plays each year,
filling 20 weeks of theatre, as well as a hugely successful annual
drama festival and numerous musical events.
